Amit Vyas has over 20 years of investment experience in real estate acquisitions and development. He co-founded 2x6 LLC, which specializes in projects ranging from traditional rehabs and new residential builds to multiunit conversions and renovations. Before joining Mark Allen Realty, Amit supported private equity firms in the middle market leveraged buyout space. He served as a Principal at the Carlyle Group, leading the healthcare sector for their middle market direct lending platform. Previously, Amit held a Vice President role at Varagon Capital Partners, where he executed and managed credit-oriented investments within the healthcare sector. He also contributed as a Vice President at Capital One, structuring and underwriting credit investments focused on healthcare. Earlier in his career, he spent several years at GE Capital concentrating on healthcare lending and strategic acquisitions. Amit holds a BS in Finance with a minor in Accounting from DePaul University, bringing a wealth of industry expertise and financial insight to his work in real estate and investment.
